By purchasing a bicycle (also also referred to as bike) from us, you understand and agree that, your cruiser bicycle is custom made and will be sold with no warranty, the bicycle may include air ride suspension & may be adjustable which can make the frame hit the ground and is sold As-Is No Warranty. It may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your bicycle to be built. All bikes come with down bikes emblems/decals on them. Your bicycle is meant for cruising only. It is not designed for stunt riding, racing, off-road use, jumping, hopping. Downbikes.com & it's makers & it's owners will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any injury or damage to property of any sort. Ride at your own risk. Buyer takes full responsibility for the bike, his/hers/or others actions & operations of the bike.
Your purchase from us may show on your credit card statement as Top Notch Rides LLC or TOPNOTCHRID or PAYPAL*TOPNOTCHRID .
Return Policy: Bikes are custom built for you and we do not allow returns on our Down Bikes once they have been shipped.

Shipping Policy: We ship to U.S. only, no P.O. Boxes or APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship to any other countries at this time. Depending on destination, shipping will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to arrive after bike is built, tested, packed and shipped out. All bikes are shipped with signature service and must be signed for. We pack our bikes safely with wrap and styrofoam padding. If for some reason there was major damage from shipping, all damage claims must be made within 48 hours from arrival receipt of the your bike. Pictures and other information will be needed to file a claim.
